Hi welcome to my shop, the shop is to raise awareness of mental health and spread positive wellbeing. You matter #bekind #alwaysandforever My name is Charlene and I am a single parent to 2 wonderful children I suffer from depression and anxiety on a daily basis I have been masking so much of this from my family and friends and always answer questions with I’m fine or I’m ok even when I am not, I know it’s easier to keep things to yourself and don’t want to burden the people closet to you but just remember you are not alone and we all matter. I do understand first hand what this feels like. We need to spread awareness to everyone that mental health is real. And it’s ok not to be ok.
